1. Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering from this store. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

By placing an order at AliceHwyy, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents' permission to buy from us) and accept that these terms and conditions apply to all orders placed or will be placed at AliceHwyy. None of these terms and conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms and conditions shall be binding unless agreed to in writing and signed.

Personal Information
All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by AliceHwyy. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure correct delivery, conduct credit assessment, and to share product information with you. The information you provide is only available to AliceHwyy and Shopify and will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You have the right to request AliceHwyy or Shopify to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting these conditions, you agree to the above.

Payment
All products remain AliceHwyy's property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents' permission to buy from AliceHwyy.
All transfers conducted through AliceHwyy, are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

Local Taxes
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. AliceHwyy is not responsible for any of these charges and these charges are at the customers own expense.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
All sales are final and we do not offer any refunds, returns, or exchanges. In cases of an order that your order contained incorrect items, please send an email to alicehwyybz@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery so we can help.
Please include your full name, store order number, and photographs of the incorrect or damaged goods. Sometimes there are easy fixes for minor things like bent pin backs, which we can help instruct you to fix.

Force Majeure
Events outside AliceHwyy' control, which are not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that the seller is released from AliceHwyy' obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example restrictions, warnings, bans, etc.

Additional Information
AliceHwyy reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings, without prior notice. At the event at which a product is sold out, AliceHwyy reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid. AliceHwyy shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.

 

 

 

2. Shipping and Handling

Order Processing
Typical order processing time may range anywhere between 3 - 10 business days, unless otherwise stated.

Estimated delivery time:
Singapore: 1-5 business days after shipment
International: about 2-4 weeks or 1-2 months after shipment depending on the country and their customs

Shipping
I, as the seller/store, cannot be responsible for packages misplaced or lost by courier services. Please do not place any orders if this is unacceptable to you. Delivery issues should be reported to your local courier service, as I am in no way associated with them and cannot control any aspect of the delivery process.
will not offer refunds or re-deliveries for lost or damaged goods since it is completely out of my control once I drop it off the post office. Thank you for understanding!

International Shipping
All orders that are shipped internationally come with tracking. You will automatically receive a tracking number through email once your order is shipped. Please note that tracking numbers on international orders may be delayed or stop updating entirely once they cross the border.

International Customs
Lying about value is a serious offense and puts store-owners at risks of fines or worse. Customers are fully responsible for any taxes or custom fees associated with receiving their order. We will not be able to refund any shipping and handling fees if you deny the package due to customs fees.

Preorders
For both domestic and international orders, all products will ship together once the last pre-ordered product arrives! This means any non preorder items will be held until then. If you would like non preorder items to be sent before, please purchase it separately from any preorder item.

Return to Sender Orders
If your order is returned to sender due to an error that is not ours (for eg: shipping address is inaccurate, order was not picked up at post office, package was refused, etc.) you may choose to have your order reshipped if an alternative address is provided and re-shipment fee paid. Please note that the re-shipment fee will be the original cost of shipping.
However if the fault lies in us, we will cover the re-shipment cost.

We will hold onto your return package for a week after sending the notification to the you regarding it. We will provide a refund for the items and release the stock back on sale if there is no reply after a week.
